The objective of MSCA is to implement doctoral training programmes based on international cooperation between research organisations and companies in Europe and beyond. These programmes enable doctoral candidates to participate in international projects, strengthen their qualifications, foster creativity, and expand their innovation-related competences, thereby improving their employability. In this scheme, the applicant is a consortium composed of universities, research institutes, enterprises, and other non-academic organisations.
